This blog is dedicated to the customer service industry. Everyone has hilarious or crazy stories dealing with customer service but I believe I have more than most. I have been both the customer service representative and customer and many places. Most of the places I have my interesting experiences in everyone in America has been to or seen, such as subway, Kmart, comfort inn, etc,. ToServeorBeServed will be an outlet for those with stories to be told and a review for those who want to know where to go.
